It’s so hard to find the words for this program. I truly did not understand the magnitude of what I was stepping into. From a pool of over 170+ applicants, somehow I was chosen. The gratitude, fear, and imposter syndrome I felt throughout the past 12 weeks was crippling at times. The time commitment was intense, the days were long, the homework was longer (lol). But throughout this process I met some of the most inspiring and genuine business owners I have ever met. To be in a room full of people who understand the highs and lows of running a small business was something I had never experienced before, and I learned so much from my fellow scholars. I am especially greatful to my business advisor Bill for putting up with my complaints about having to do math during the financial module 😂, and guiding me through this process. And my growth group, the momentum collective, for keeping me accountable, giving constructive feedback and showing up consistently the past 12 weeks. I have a completed growth plan in hand, big dreams, & 41+ new friends. I am incredibly grateful and can’t wait to see where we are a year from now ❤️
