This project is a perfect example of why I say I don't just build websites — I build solutions around the businesses that use them.

Leger Property Services needed a professional online home where customers could learn about their services and easily take the next step. But we went a little further.

The site includes a custom instant estimate system that lets potential customers answer questions about their property and get an estimate right from the website. Because a website shouldn't just sit there looking pretty.
It should work for your business.

If you find yourself doing the same task over and over again, there’s a good chance you don’t have to.

Sending the same follow-up. Copying information from one place to another. Manually responding to every inquiry. Keeping up with something in a spreadsheet that could update itself.

Sometimes we get so used to the way we’ve always done something that we stop asking whether there’s a better way. That’s where automation comes in — and it doesn’t have to mean some huge, complicated system. Sometimes it’s simply connecting the pieces you already use so your business requires a little less of you.

Having an online store is one thing. Making it easy for customers to actually shop is another.

Bleu Hazel Designs already had a Shopify store in place, but the shopping experience needed some attention. The goal for this project was to make the site easier to navigate, better organized, and more intuitive for customers.

I refreshed the homepage, reorganized products into collections, created smart collections to automatically keep products where they belong, and updated the overall user experience to make browsing and shopping easier.

Sometimes you don’t need a brand-new website. You need the one you already have to work smarter.

We're running businesses, after all.

But there's also something pretty incredible about building a business that allows you to make an impact beyond your own bottom line.

Support your community. Help another organization succeed. Give your time when you can. Use what you've built to make something else a little better.

A successful business can make money.

A meaningful one can make a difference, too.

Should your business give back?

If there's a cause, organization or community that matters to you — absolutely.

But not because it makes a good Facebook post.

Giving back means something when it's actually connected to who you are and what your business values.

Sponsor the team. Donate the service. Support the fundraiser. Volunteer your time. Partner with a local organization. Use your platform to help someone else be seen.

And yes, people notice when businesses invest in the communities that support them.

But that's the bonus.

The real return is being able to build a business that's about more than what you sell.

People remember purpose.

Sometimes a website doesn’t need to start over. It just needs to work better.

Reliable Guidance already had an established Wix website, but the site needed a refresh to create a smoother, more professional experience for both the business and its clients.

For this project, I updated the overall look and user experience, incorporated team headshots to put faces behind the business, improved the site’s organization and presentation, and added client login functionality to make accessing important information easier.

The goal wasn’t to change who they were. It was to take what they already had and make it work harder for their business.

Because a website shouldn’t just look good. It should make doing business with you easier.
