We had the pleasure of turning the lobby into a larger-than-life love letter to Lafayette—complete with local iconography and colorful details (plus a few sneaky Easter eggs, for good measure 😉).

It was an honor to speak at the Louisiana Hospital Association PR & Marketing meeting about building authentic trust among Southern audiences.

Our biggest takeaway? You can’t buy trust—you have to borrow it. Local micro-influencers and community advocates can help healthcare brands build the grassroots credibility traditional ads can’t replicate.
