A Little Reminder From a Small Family Owned Business🩷

Being a small, family owned business means our business and our family life are constantly intertwined.

Sometimes things come up at the last minute whether it be kids’ appointments, school or family obligations, emergencies, or situations completely out of our control. Unfortunately, there are times when that means we have to close the shop unexpectedly.

What most people don’t see are the hours **behind the scenes**.

They don’t see the laptop coming home with us and work continuing until 1 or 2 AM most nights. They don’t see the late nights at the shop like tonight, when I’ll be here until who knows when trying to make sure orders stay on schedule and we stay ahead. They don’t see the weekends, the missed dinners, or all the extra hours that go into keeping a small business running.

When we have to close, it’s never because we don’t care about our customers or their orders.
❤️ Sometimes family has to come first, and sometimes life simply happens.

We work incredibly hard to make sure our customers are taken care of, even if that means making up those hours long after the doors are locked and everyone else has gone home.

So when you see a last minute closure notice, we just ask for a little patience and understanding. There is usually much more happening behind the scenes than you can see.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support our small, family owned business, works with us when life happens, and understands that we are doing the very best we can.

Your support truly means more to our family than you know. 🫶

💥 Small business hours may end when the doors lock… but the work usually doesn’t. 💥

With that note we got a call to squeeze our son into a much needed appointment we have been waiting for so we will be closed tomorrow! Sorry for any inconvenience. We will have the phone with us, but please know if we don't answer we most likely are in the dr office and will return the call ASAP!

Hope everyone else’s Monday is super “COOL”! 😎😂 It could always be worse, so we’re just gonna keep those machines rolling and make the best of it!
