Just wanted to take a moment and make a post about holiday season already upon us and getting your orders in early. We are looking at November 10th being the cut off date for any orders needed before Christmas and especially orders that need to be printed before school is out for break.
It has been a challenging fall to meet deadlines with last minute orders. We do our absolute best to get all orders completed when our customers need them.
But being transparent, we are 2-3 weeks out on orders at this time. When we are asked to turn orders within a week or less it gets very stressful. We want to be sure we do everything we can for every single one of you It also causes customers that have been patiently waiting on their orders to be printed to be later. There will be a rush fee if we have to move you ahead of others.
A couple of things you can do to help us help you.
1. Be sure to get you order in as early as possible.
2. Be sure your order is accurate, it is very difficult and costly to go back and print forgotten shirts. We have had to implement an approval system so you can count your order to be sure we are correct when ordering blank shirts for your order. And we have had to implement a setup fee to reprint anything less than 12 shirts.
