Excited about a new project for a client. I love how the two sides of my business feed one another!

We're creating systems and creating content to support those systems. I heard myself say something to this client today that I think we all need to hear...

It's just a system. If it has you stuck reacting all day, it isn't serving your goals. We can design what we need to get the outcomes we want, tweaking along the way because life isn't perfect.

So, small biz people, you don't have to stay in a system that isn't working.

Schools, let's stop saying "the system is broken" and build a better one that serves kids without killing adults (slightly hyperbolic, but mental state and stress impact overall health)

If you don't fall into either of those camps, but feel you're stuck reacting all day. Stop. Design a better way forward.
