At our Summer Summit on July 11, we stood in the room and said it out loud, live, no notes: YMS B.O.L.D. MOVES™ Experience is now women only.

If you were there, you felt the room shift the second it was said. If you weren't, we wanted to make sure you heard it from us directly — because this one matters too much to get lost in a recap.

Here's the truth behind the decision: something happens when women occupy the same space at the same time. The walls come down faster. The masks come off sooner. The conversations go somewhere real. That's not a coincidence, and it's not a small detail — it's the entire reason this experience exists. So we made it official, in the room, in front of the women who showed up first.

And that room was just the beginning.

Era One is underway. Ignite goes live in November — four free Tuesdays built to shift how you show up. The Experience Conference lands January 9, right after our Awards Gala and Networking Social on the 8th, here in the DMV. Monthly BOLD Sessions carry the movement through the year, connecting us to our annual summer's Summit. One movement, one passport, every room you need to stop shrinking and start showing up.

This was 1st Wednesday at Thee GROW Network (a coed Networking group) Fredericksburg Event at Tapa Rio — women showing up, taking up space, and building real connection without asking permission for any of it. Look closely and you'll see it in every face: the ease, the eye contact, the way nobody in this photo is shrinking.

That's exactly why YMS B.O.L.D. MOVES™ Experience is now women only.

We had the honor of serving as guest judges for Liletta's Your Natural Me and Big Sis & Co.'s Summer Youth Entrepreneur Showcase, and we were truly inspired by the creativity, confidence, and passion these young ladies brought to the stage. Their innovative business ideas reminded us that there is no age limit on purpose or entrepreneurship.

Thank you to the organizers for inviting us to be part of such an impactful event.
