I had all sorts of disturbing images filling up my mind and while I was at work I looked around and every woman in leadership was depressed and divorced. My brain started asking really sour, disturbing questions. After hitting the lowest low I could ever imagine I knew I had to do something different. At the hospital I was at I was given 2 choices, I had to hire a psychologist or a life coach. I picked a life coach and that began my adventure in understanding how to harness my brain for good, and not let it run wild down dangerous roads. You already have a powerful mind.
