Client Spotlight: Xico Asheville 🔥

Xico, known for its Cocina de Fuego, is quickly becoming one of the hottest spots in Asheville. The entire dining room is built around a Josper Equipos Brasa open-flame grill and oven, which makes for some seriously good dishes AND content.

We had the pleasure of visiting last week to snap some pics of their new dinner items, their brand new brunch menu, and of course, we made some time for a mezcal tasting. 😏

She’s been with us for a little over a month and has already made a measurable difference in how we work across the board. She has also updated our office playlists to include a lot more Taylor Swift.

Originally from Maryland, she’s still learning the ins and outs of the Lowcountry, like which streets flood and which college football team to root for. Her background spans corporate franchising and food & bev and so far, she’s been just what our team has needed.
