10 YEARS of Creativ! 🎉🥳
A decade in business. A lot of lessons learned, a lot of fun had, and a whole lot of things we couldn’t have predicted back in 2016.
A few things that have changed:
- In 2016, having a mobile-friendly website meant you were ahead of the game.
- Everybody wanted more followers on social. Now we don’t have to explain why 10k followers doesn’t mean 10k people are seeing your posts as often.
- The rise of AI slop. Boo! 👎
A few things haven’t:
- People still make decisions based on how brands make them feel.
- Word of mouth is still incredibly valuable, it’s just amplified.
- A great customer experience is still the root from which all good things grow.
And the biggest thing that hasn’t changed? How much we care.
About our work, the details, the results, and mostly, the people behind the businesses we get to work with.
We’ve never been particularly interested in doing things just because that’s how they’ve always been done. We like asking questions, challenging assumptions, getting creative, and occasionally making things a little more complicated in the pursuit of making them a whole lot better.
And, the brainstorming, collaborations, events, and shared laughs over calls or a dinner table with our clients that come out of that? That’s the good stuff and why we love what we do.
