Our team is just as amazing outside these walls as they are inside them. Say hello to Gina Mancuso, our Operations Manager, and the heart she's poured into The Hurrah Players for two decades.

This month, we're spotlighting Gina Mancuso, our Operations Manager, who's spent the last 20 years lighting up The Hurrah Players both on stage and behind the scenes.

While she loves performing, it's the backstage magic that holds a special place in her heart:

"While I adore performing, volunteering backstage will always hold a special place in my heart. I love supporting our talented performers and it feels really special to help create the magic that audiences get to experience. Some of my favorite backstage moments are when my son is on stage and I get to cheer him on from the wings while helping the show run smoothly. Hurrah has given so much to my family over the years and volunteering is one of the small ways I can give back."

Earlier this week a handful of our Qantm Creative team had the pleasure of gathering in Richmond for the 2026 Women in Leadership Awards. We couldn’t be more proud to celebrate our CEO, Nicole Newsome, who was named a Women in Leadership honoree and inaugural Rising Circle honoree.

It was an especially meaningful recognition of the leadership, vision, and impact Nicole brings to Qantm and to the broader Virginia business community.

We’re proud to be a woman-owned, women-led company that believes in leading with purpose, building real partnerships, and creating work that moves people and businesses forward.

Last week we hosted Women In Defense Greater Hampton Roads Chapter at our office for their September Happy Hour. WIDGHR is a non-profit professional networking and development organization for women and men who contribute to national defense and security. We are so proud and grateful to not only have hosted this month’s happy hour, but to be avid supporters of their mission and participants in their organization.

Don’t miss our very own Director of Strategy & Growth, Peyton Carter Krzyzewski, as a featured speaker at the WIDGHR’s Professional Development Day on October 29, 2026, at the Norfolk Hilton The Main!
