Going above and beyond is in my DNA.

When I worked for Macaroni Grill, this was part of our culture... Langniappe "a little something extra."

Throughout my career, I recall many stories (and trips outside the restaurant) to wow a guest by getting them something they desired, to make their visit memorable.

🍔Child wanted a burger... in and out was across the street and we could get it. For a few dollars we kept an entire family dining with us and the child happy.

🥕 Guest loved carrots on their salad. Ralph's was in the parking lot. We would go get it.

☕ Espresso machine was on the fritz... Starbucks was next door.

🍸 Guest had a specific alcohol they loved. We kept it on hand and he came in at least once a week for a drink and a meal.

These were all simple things that were easy to execute and created customers for life.

Last year an Entice Me customer was looking for an unique item that was no longer made, and had since been replaced with a lower quality version.

Instead of just saying it wasn't available, I found a retailer who had stock of the original and referred them to fulfill their needs.

Now that customer is back.

This made my morning 💗
