Some traditions remind us of what truly matters 💙

Our Día de los Mu***os altar is one of them. Every year, it brings a little piece of home into our office. This tradition gives us time with our team to share memories and stories of those who will always be part of us.

At Novle, we’re proud to be a team made up of different cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. Creating this altar together is a beautiful reminder that even when our traditions look different, we can still come together to share and connect.

We had a very special visitor at the Novle office this week! 🫏💛

Meet Rufus, a therapy donkey from our partner Pawsitive Friendships !

Rufus has been practicing longer trips, and his visit to our office was his longest one yet, all the way from Queen Creek! Of course, we were more than happy to help him practice.

And we learned a few things about Rufus! He's a super gentle four-legged friend who loves attention, snacks, and butt scratches. As you can see from the photos, we made sure he got plenty of all three!

Rufus has already worked with kids with special needs, and after spending some time with him, it's easy to see why he's so good at what he does.

A big thank you to Pawsitive Friendships for bringing Rufus by! Make sure to check out the great work they're doing in our community.

We're thinking Rufus might need a permanent spot in our Monday meetings! 🫏

Raise your hand if your most spoken language is Spanglish! 🙋‍♀️

Hispanics/Latinos in the U.S. have a pretty unique experience. Our own culture blends with the U.S. and with Hispanics/Latinos from other countries. Spanglish comes from that blending.

Some of us have parents that only speak Spanish, some have kids that only speak English, and some of us are somewhere in-between.

Being authentic doesn’t mean speaking perfect Spanish or perfect English. It’s about getting your message across in a way people will understand and connect with.
