About a year ago, we began work with our friends at PepsiCo Foods US on an employee engagement campaign that leveraged the energy and excitement of the 2026 World Cup.

While the games themselves ran just 39 days this summer, our team spent months thinking about how to bring the football spirit into offices across North America, week after week.

By the time the first match was underway this summer, Louder Together had rallied employees, turned the uninitiated into fans, and gotten everyone off the sidelines and into the game.

Drumming up an audience’s emotions is built by laughing so hard you cry with your friends, feeling the bass in your chest at a concert, and remembering what dinner tasted like at prom (which was almost 15 years ago, yikes!).

Recently, Shawna was asked if she’s afraid AI would take her job. She laughed and said, “No, I’ve made a career out of having opinions.” But she does see the value in AI as a tool. AI makes a great grammar, spelling, and punctuation editor, regardless of which style book you ask it to use.
