That's right: Precoa's Kelly Kohut has joined the board of directors of Funeral Women Lead, the only 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation dedicated exclusively to advancing, developing, and supporting women and those who identify as women in funeral service and deathcare.

Kelly is an advocate for women at Precoa and across the funeral profession, and recently completed the Women's Leadership Academy through the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.

That's what an Advance Funeral Planner told Rachel Feher, one of Precoa's Funeral Director recruiters, on an incentive trip for top-performing planners. The AFP said her career in funeral service, a career Rachel helped her launch, had changed her life.

Our Utah office gathered last weekend at Splash Summit Waterpark for one of our favorite summer traditions—-the Precoa Poolside Palooza!

We loved spending time with our teammates, their families, and plenty of good food. Thanks to everyone who came and made it such a great day! 💙

Lauren Sepe says two moments at Precoa stand out above the rest. When she experienced a sudden loss, her teammates didn't hesitate to take over her work so she could be with her family and grieve.

The other moment was later that year. Lauren took part in Precoa's Super Culture event, where she was able to connect with teammates from across the country.

"It meant a lot to me to be allowed the space to listen and share and even share some of my grief."

It's a longstanding tradition to bring our latest MDPs to Portland to honor what they've accomplished.

Jesy Guerrero remembers the moment that crystallized what Precoa stands for. After a company event, she watched co-founder Mark Hornibrook pick up trash—no hesitation, no asking someone else to do it.

"He wasn't delegating or standing on the sidelines," Jesy says. "He was working alongside everyone else."
