Just one person per professional specialty is allowed in each chapter. BNI members, on average, increase their business 20% the first year. Our chapter is a dynamic, committed group of business people who know how to refer business to each other. Tarun Bhatia specializes in creating personalized wealth strategies for families, entrepreneurs, and corporate executives. With a professional background that bridges the gap between complex engineering and financial management, Tarun brings a unique, analytical perspective to the business community.

Beyond his professional practice, Tarun is deeply committed to community outreach and local economic growth, frequently serving as an instructor for seminars, serving on local Chamber of Commerce leadership and being part of the Rogers Lions group. His approach to leadership is defined by a commitment to helping others feel "understood, informed, and in control" of their goals.

On a personal note, Tarun lives in Rogers with his wife Amanda and 2 Children: Divya and Niam, along with their dog Ruben, a rescue German Shephard. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, watching his kids play sports, and tinkering with his Laser Engraver/3D Printer.

Leann is the owner and managing broker of the RE/MAX Consultants office located in Loretto. LeAnn has had her real estate license for more than 20 years and has 3 additional agents that work out of her office. Prior to starting her career in real estate, LeAnn worked as a CPA, doing small business and individual taxes and accounting.
Since joining RE/MAX in 2012, LeAnn has earned several professional designations as well as achieved high level sales achievement awards including Platinum Level Sales Award as well as the Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement award for career commissions exceeding $3 million - much of that success is attributable to referral partners in BNI.
In her free time, LeAnn enjoys spending time with her family, boating, traveling, coaching or watching her children play sports. A new hobby for LeAnn as she gets closer to empty nesting is pickleball! She has 4 children, ages 16 to 23 and has been married to her high school sweetheart Michael for 25 years.
LeAnn added to her real estate business by investing in 2 vacation homes that she enjoys traveling to when time allows. One home is in Bailey, Colorado in the mountains and the other is in the Brainerd Lakes area on Lake Edward.
Growing up on a pig farm in Iowa, LeAnn was taught the value of hard work which has helped her succeed in her business.
LeAnn lives on Lake Minnetonka and enjoys all that lake life has to offer from boat cruises, fishing, and water sports.
Her keys to success are treating her clients like family, having fun, and maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

Tomorrow June 30th we have the please of Learning from Ted Sirianni with Minnesota Lakes Bank.

Tes is Vice President of Commercial Lending at the Delano bank location, which he joined in
November of 2025. Prior to that, Ted spent 16 years at Financial Security Bank in
Albertville, MN, where he not only helped hundreds of businesses and individuals, but also
worked his way up to Market President, leading the bank team of 15 team members with
responsibility for all activities in Albertville.

Ted earned his MBA in finance in 2001 from American University in Washington, DC, while
he worked for the Foreign Agricultural Service. Additionally, he attended the Minnesota
Banker’s Association (MBA) School of Commercial Lending in 2009, and the MBA
Leadership Development Academy in 2023.

During his time with Financial Security Bank, the bank earned the Reader’s Choice Award
for Best Bank 4 years (2017-2021), the Small Business Administration Small Lender of the
Year (2017, 2018, and 2019) and grew from $20mm in assets to $175mm in assets from
2008 to 2024. Ted brings deep understanding of his business client’s challenges having
owned his own small business as well as several rental properties over the years.

In his free time, Ted enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hiking, running,
pickleball, reading, and watching movies. Ted has two children: Kennedy – 27, and Ben –
17, and 3 dogs – standard poodles.
Ted currently resides in St. Michael, where he has had a home for the past 20 years.

He opened the practice in April of 2022 with a vision of creating a welcoming, family-centered office focused on helping people improve their health through chiropractic care. Since opening, Sota Chiropractic has continued to grow and has become known for serving families, athletes, prenatal moms, and pediatric patients in the west metro area.

Marcus is passionate about helping people feel better, function better, and live healthier lives through personalized care and education. He takes pride in creating a positive experience for each patient and in building strong relationships within the community. His practice is rooted in a genuine desire to serve others and help families thrive.

In addition to growing the chiropractic office, Marcus is currently expanding the business by building out a massage therapy division to further support patients and provide more wellness services under one roof.

Shane is the owner of Modrow Insurance Agency with 2 locations in Rockford and St. Cloud. With 16 years in the industry. His team of 11 specializes in auto, home, business, and life, helping Families and business owners in MN & WI save time reviewing their coverages and, in many cases, saving them a substantial amount of money in the process.

Shane's notable accomplishments include being on the President's Council, which is the top 1% of Farmers agencies across the country, for 4 consecutive years. His team is particularly skilled in deep product knowledge, client-focused communication, and problem-solving.

On a personal note, Shane lives in Greenfield with his wife Kristine and 4 Children: Addison-16, Henry-13, Walter-11, and Wyatt-8, along with their dog Winnie, a yellow lab, and a black cat named Astro. Aaron brings a fresh energy, genuine passion, and access to a wide range of loan products to fit just about any situation — conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo loans and more. I work hard to find the right solution for where each client is in life, whether they're buying, refinancing, or investing.
Before mortgages, I spent years managing facilities across some pretty cool places — most recently Sea Life Minnesota Aquarium and FlyOver America. That background taught me how to work with all kinds of people, stay calm under pressure, and get things done. I'm also a licensed real estate agent, though these days I mostly use that to support my wife Shannon and her real estate business.
Speaking of Shannon — she and our three boys, Grayson (11), Kellan (9), and Finn (6), are my whole world and love spending time with them. I grew up in Eagan, MN and we recently built our home in Greenfield. When we're not cheering on the boys in basketball, baseball or football you'll find us at the cabin — on the boat, fishing, swimming, or just unwinding by the fire. There's nothing better.
My approach to business is pretty simple: treat every person genuinely, bring some fun and laughter to the process, and never make homeownership feel more complicated than it needs to be. That moment when a client realizes they can do this — that's what drives me every single day.
