This job consists of working with customers in-person, via email, and over the phone. You will coordinate scheduling of jobs, communicate with customers, provide pricing quotes, and assist with shipping when needed. A successful candidate will have experience in customer service and the drive to learn.
This position is a Full Time Position: Full Time Hours (minimum of 32 hours per week).
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
· Handling incoming calls and other communications
· Managing filing system; scanning / filing invoices manually and electronically
· Recording information as needed
· Greeting clients and visitors upon arrival
· Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
· Helping organize and maintain office common areas
· Performing general office clerk duties and errands
· Maintaining supply inventory; (toiletries, office supplies, etc.)
· Aiding with client reception as needed
· Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
· Organize workflow by preparing and maintaining production schedules
· Assist with reorders immediately upon receipt of work orders, as needed
· Be able to work in a team setting
· Great attention to detail and analytical critical thinking skills
· Be able to work independently, juggling multiple projects while prioritizing and completing by deadlines
· Other duties as assigned including, but not limited to: other production support or clerical office operations

Minimum Position Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED equivalent
· Ability to communicate effectively (read, speak, write) in English
· Minimum 1 year screen printing experience, preferred, but not required
· Available for weekend work shifts & overtime, as needed
