Happy Friday everyone!!
Tonight is the Santee Chamber of Commerce business awards event.
We are honored to be one of the Platinum Award recipients. The Platinum Award is a recognition for winning “Santee’s Favorite” three years in a row. We are grateful and humbled by the support and votes from our amazing customers! You all made this happen ❤️
We will be closing early today in order to get home, get our dogs squared away, and be at the awards event on time.
We will be closing at 4:00pm.

Hello Santee.
An update for those of you who saw my earlier post about my sister’s cancer battle and me needing to go be with her in Dallas as she was moved to hospice.

My sister passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday August 3rd - her 70th birthday
I’m back at the shop. I got back in town on Wednesday. I’m getting my feet back under me and we are processing orders. Priority is still orders for events and back to school items but we will scramble to get all of your orders completed.
Thank you all for every kind word that was spoken over our situation and every prayer and positive thought.
Those kind words have been a balm to my heart.

Hello Santee…
Once again our family is in a difficult time.
My sister has been battling stage 4 cancer for the past few months. She has been such a brave warrior but the cancer journey is coming to an end.
The decision has been made to stop treatment and for her to enter hospice care.
I (Vickie) will be flying out next week to be with her. I’m not sure how long I will be gone. Vern will be holding down the fort at the shop but he won’t be able to produce as much as we do when we are both here.
Right now we are scrambling to get the orders for dated events completed. New orders that come in will have a longer wait time but we will do our best.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but family has to come first. And of course we covet your prayers and positive thoughts.

Good morning-Happy Friday!
Just an update on our schedule for the next week.
Today 4/18 we will be closing at 4:00pm.
Next week we will be open our regular hours Monday and Tuesday. We will be closed Wednesday through Friday as I’m (Vickie) having a minor surgery.
We will resume our regular schedule Monday 4/28.
Thank you for the continued support we have received from our community in spite of life interfering with business at times.

Hello Santee on this rainy Monday.
It’s time for a little TCB update.
We are still scrambling to catch up while navigating some rough situations in our family.
Which brings us to this week. We will be here today through Thursday this week. We will be closed on Friday 3/7 as I (Vickie) will be going to Texas along with my granddaughter to spend a girls weekend with my sister. My sister was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and is going through chemo and radiation.
We will be open our normal hours on Monday 3/10.
Thank you for all of the support and flexibility as we navigate this season.

Happy New Year everyone!
Today is not only New Years Eve it’s our 20th wedding anniversary and our granddaughter’s 20th birthday. We will be here until noon today and then we’ll be off for the rest of the week, returning on Monday.
