A recent survey of ad professionals said less than .1% of all agency employees identify as LGBTQ2S+. That’s BS and an industry-wide wake up call to create a workplace where everyone can show up fully. That’s why we brought porject violet to life, - the first mentorship program connecting young LGBTQ2S+ talent with industry leaders who have been there, who get it and who can help. Because in an industry built on storytelling, personal authenticity isn’t optional.

Here, the only thing that goes without questioning is their potential.

When college players finally received compensation through the NIL, wanted to get fans involved. So they created the Red Hook Montlake Game Day Gold Lager. For every beer sold, they donated into the NIL fund for student athletes.

To get folks amped up, DNA partnered with Red Hook and took to the tailgate, getting fan reactions and color commentary to share on social.

Chalk it up to a good time. To celebrate Gig Harbor’s “Chalk the Harbor Festival,” DNA created a 10’x20’ interactive chalk mural for client . It gave them a crucial presence in a community that serves as home to a new BECU location. Staff were on hand to give out BECU plushies and talk to parents and youngsters alike about their Early Savers Program.
