For us, it reflects not just our love for each other, but also our shared passion for food, community, and culture. The RiB Bone is our labor of love – built from the ground up, side by side. Born during the challenging times of 2021 and hitting the road in 2023, The RiB Bone is a dream turned reality. With over 25 years of combined culinary experience, we bring history, soul, and authenticity to every dish. Edward honed his skills as head chef at his family’s beloved Dayton, Ohio restaurant, MaryAnn’s Southern Kitchen, rooted in the deep flavors of Homer, Louisiana. Kareta carries the powerful legacy of her grandmothers – legendary cooks who nourished and uplifted during the Selma civil rights marches. At The RiB Bone, we do more than cook – we create moments. The RiB Bone offers several smoked flavorful options, but The RiB Bone specializes in ribs. Today and tomorrow Beef RiBs and Turkey RiBs are on deck. RiBs will be falling off the bone by 2:30 pm. today. They Will sell out both days. We will be in the parking lot at 738 Madison Street Shelbyville TN.

It's official. 🎉🎉🎉The RiB Bone Flight which includes 3 meats, 2 sides and a side of BBQ sauce 🔥🔥🔥 has been permanently added to the menu due to the positive response of it's introduction. We aim to please! Come take 1 or 2 flights.
