✨ Celebrating Our Core Values ✨

Throughout 2025, we’ve been spotlighting the eight values that make up the heart of our culture. As we close out the year, we finish with one of the most important: Humility.

Humility is the value that makes all the others possible. None of us have all the answers, and we’re better for it. We recognize our own limitations and lean on each other’s strengths. That’s why we actively seek feedback, welcome challenges, and listen to new perspectives. Humility keeps us growing, both as individuals and as a team.

This month, we were honored to receive 10 thoughtful nominations from across the team for individuals who consistently live out this value in their everyday work. The voting resulted in a tie for first place, highlighting just how strongly humility shows up across our organization.

We’re excited to celebrate Michael Trask and Anastasia Chizhik as our Humility Core Value winners. Both exemplify what it means to lead with openness, curiosity, and respect—quietly lifting others up and helping our team grow stronger together.

Thank you, Michael and Anastasia, and thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate and recognize humility in action. This value truly lives in our culture because of people like you!

As we approach the end of the year, we’re continuing our spotlight on the eight values that guide our work at Classy Llama. Month by month, these spotlights remind us what makes our culture unique—and the teammates who make it possible.

This month, our focus is on Innovation.

We love process, but we never let it make us complacent. Innovation means we’re always asking, “What’s next? What’s better?” We’re willing to experiment, think differently, and find creative solutions—because staying ahead for our clients means never settling for “the way it’s always been done.”

This month, Jonathan Hodges was recognized as the teammate who best exemplifies Innovation.

In Jonathan's words: "I personally love innovation because of the way that it can make people's lives better. There is so much space for innovation just behind the edge of what's possible that allows for tremendous value creation in people's lives, and if you can get people to see even a little bit of that, it can sometimes spark a fire that encourages life long learning. I love to learn, and I love to take that learning and use it to create novel things no one has ever made before that really impact people. I remember the first time I created programs that people actually used and that helped people, and that was tremendously rewarding and fulfilling, and I love to share that with other people."

Earlier this fall, we began shining a spotlight on the eight values that shape our culture. Each month through 2025, we’re continuing the series, honoring the teammates who bring those values to life.

The next value is Courageous Leadership.

Leadership takes courage—courage to take risks, to try something new, and to step up when it matters most. We don’t shy away from making bold decisions or guiding our clients toward greater value. And when the status quo isn’t good enough, we’re not afraid to challenge it. That’s what courageous leadership looks like to us.

This month, Paul Ebisch was named the team member who demonstrates Courageous Leadership the most.

As one team member put it: “Paul consistently strives for what’s best for every team member. He does the right thing, even when it’s the harder path, and leads with integrity. He is deeply respected, and it’s an honor to learn from his leadership.”

Thank you, Paul Ebisch, for reminding us that leadership is about courage, not just titles.

Every month through the end of 2025, we’re spotlighting two of the eight values that guide us at Classy Llama. These values are principles we live out, thanks to the incredible people on our team.

This month, we’re highlighting Integrity.

We do the right thing—even when it’s the hard thing. Integrity means we can trust one another completely, and our clients can trust us, too. It’s about holding ourselves accountable and living by high standards, not just when someone’s watching, but all the time.

This month, Josh McGee was recognized for living with Integrity in all he does. He shared the following:

"For me, integrity means treating others as I'd want to be treated, following the golden rule even when it's tough or I have previously fallen short of that standard. It's about building character from the inside out. As John Wooden once wrote, "Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are." Ultimately, integrity requires consistent, though not perfect, action over time to foster trust in our relationships with others."

Way to go, Josh, for showing us that integrity is the foundation of trust.
