A first for me. 🌙📷

I've photographed a lot of moments over the years, but this was my first time pointing my camera toward the sky and trying to capture a lunar eclipse.

Was it perfect? No. But there's something pretty special about learning something new, standing beneath a dark sky, and watching the moon slowly disappear into shadow.

Photography has a way of reminding me that there will always be something new to learn, something new to chase, and something beautiful waiting to be captured.

For my first eclipse...I'd say this one deserves a place in the books. 🌙

**SNEAK PEEK 🌿 | A Family Reunion Years in the Making**

Some photographs capture a smile.
Others capture a moment that took decades to happen. 🤎

I had the privilege of photographing this beautiful family reunion, where for some, it had been more than 20 years since they had seen one another.

Different generations. Different branches of the family. Years of life lived in between — all brought back together in one place.

There were the posed photos, the family groupings, the laughter…and of course, the moments when everyone decided they were officially done behaving for the camera. 😂

And those might just be some of my favorites.

Because someday, these won't simply be photographs from a family reunion.

They'll be the reminder that, for one afternoon, everyone was together again. 🌿🤎

Sometimes it means climbing around old ruins…

And sometimes it means getting in the water right along with you. 😂🌿

There’s a lot that happens behind the camera during a senior session — finding the light, chasing the angles, laughing through the awkward moments, and probably getting a little dirty along the way.
