How do you make a camera test people actually trust?
Same lens. Same settings. Same grade on both, plus the ungraded S-Log3 so nobody says you cooked it. And admit what it’s not: one night, one parking lot, different lens generations, a couple of missed focus shots.
Which side would you pick? Full test on my YouTube, link in bio.

Higher ISO. Less noise. Sounds backwards, but if your camera has a second base ISO, the stop just below it is the worst place you can shoot.
Sony A7 V: 8000. A7S III: 12,800. Find yours and stay off the stop right under it.
Comment your camera and I’ll help you find its second base ISO. Full low light test on my YouTube, link in bio.

Is 200W enough for Arizona daylight?
I took the Godox AD200 Pro II and a 90x90 softbox from the afternoon to blue hour. The short answer is yes. For one-person outdoor portraits, it’s more capable than its size suggests.
Would you trust a 200W light outdoors? Tell me below.

It seemed like my flash “misfired” a few times on this shoot. It didn’t.
I was firing before the AD200 Pro 2 finished recycling, at full power with nothing in reserve. Outdoors in bright sun, that’s the trade-off: keep the light close and work at the flash’s pace.
What’s a mistake you blamed on your gear?

One light. Eight completely different looks.

All shot with a single AD200 Pro II and a 90x90 softbox with a double diffuser and grid. Same light, different placement every time.

Which look is your favorite, 1 through 8? Drop the number below.

Camera on the hood. 65 mph.

For the front angles on this GT3 RS shoot I had to put the whole MOVMAX rig on the hood of the camera car instead of splitting it across two body panels. My big worry was the wind at highway speed. It held up better than I expected.

Full BTS of the shoot is on my YouTube, link in bio.

Would you trust it at 65?

Best shot. Total accident.

I planned every angle shooting this Porsche GT3 RS, and the frame I love most is the one I never set up. Sometimes the shoot gives you something better than the plan.

An afternoon in the Arizona desert with this Porsche GT3 RS. Here’s the finished film.

The rolling shots were the reason we planned this shoot, but that final FPV shot ended up being one of my favorites.

You can see how we filmed it—and what didn’t go to plan—on YouTube at First Reveal Productions.
