But instead of recognizing overload…

“I need more discipline.”
“I need to stop overthinking.”
“I need to just calm down.”
No.
You need to understand what your brain is actually doing.
When the mind becomes conditioned for survival mode, it starts scanning for problems 24/7.
It treats uncertainty like danger.
It keeps dragging future fears into the present moment trying to “prepare” you.
But preparation without regulation becomes anxiety.
And anxiety without interruption becomes identity.
