Stop chasing shiny tech. Start solving problems.
One of the biggest mistakes I see organizations make with technology is investing in tools before identifying the problem they’re trying to solve.
It’s easy to get excited about the latest AI platform, chatbot, automation tool, or software solution because everyone else seems to be using it. But technology only creates value when it solves a real business challenge.
Before investing in anything new, ask:

➡️ Where are we losing prospects?
➡️ Where can we improve efficiency?
➡️ Where can we achieve the fastest ROI?
The best technology strategies start with the problem—not the platform.
