They say good things come to those who wait... but sometimes they come to those who refuse to give up. šŸ˜…

A little over a year ago, a client came to us with a BIG challenge. A disgruntled former employee had created their Facebook business page, and no one at the company had access to it. To make matters worse, that same ex-employee had uploaded photos to their Google Business Profile containing proprietary information that needed to be removed.

So we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. We're talking months of emails, support tickets, follow-ups, more follow-ups, and enough persistence to qualify for an Olympic event.
šŸ‘‰šŸ» page access achieved 🄳
šŸ‘‰šŸ» Proprietary photos removed from Google 🄳
šŸ‘‰šŸ» One very happy client 🄳🄳🄳

Sometimes our job is building websites. Sometimes it’s managing social media. And sometimes it’s playing detective, advocate, and professional squeaky wheel until the right people finally listen. This one took time, but seeing our client walk away with a win made every bit of persistence worth it! Cheers to a BIG win! šŸŽ‰

New logo. Same trusted service. šŸ”§ā¤ļø

We were thrilled to work with Annie and her team at Off-Center Design, who not only understood the assignment but understands our community. They understand that a logo is more than a graphic, it's a continuation of a story.

Since 1986, Tim’s Service Center has been proud to serve our community, and we’re excited to share a fresh new look that honors both our history and our future.

This logo represents the next generation of our family business while staying rooted in the values that got us here.

Thank you for supporting us through every chapter and without further ado, peep the new logo below šŸ‘‡

More updates coming soon šŸ‘€

Good branding isn’t rushed. And it’s definitely not random. It’s built with the right ingredients, in the right order, with a whole lot of intention behind it.

From your website to your messaging to your social presence…when everything is working together, it just feels different.

Effortless on the outside. Strategic underneath it all.

If your brand feels a little all over the place right now, that’s usually a sign something’s missing from the process.

We fix that. ā˜•ļøšŸŽÆ

Most business owners think they need more website traffic.

More posts. More ads. More eyes on their website.

But here’s the part that usually gets missed… If your website isn’t built to convert, more traffic just means more people leaving.

After 13+ years of designing websites, I can tell you this with confidence: The businesses that actually grow are the ones who focus on what happens after someone lands on their site.

That means:
• Clear messaging (so people instantly know they’re in the right place)
• Intentional layout (so they know exactly where to go next)
• Strategic calls to action (so they don’t have to guess what to do)

It’s not about having the ā€œprettiestā€ website, it’s about having one that works.

And that’s the difference between something that just exists online… and something that actually drives your business forward.

If you’re in a season where you’re ready to do it right, you’ll feel the difference.

A ā€œprettyā€ website doesn’t always mean an effective one...

We see these mistakes ALL the time, and they quietly hurt your business behind the scenes.

Slow load times, confusing layouts, and missing trust signals can cause people to click away before you even get a chance to connect with them.

The good news? Most of these are easy fixes once you know what to look for.

Take 5 minutes this week and run through this list—you might be surprised what you find.

Save this for later so you can come back to it!

Here’s a little deeper breakdown šŸ‘‡

JPEG (.jpg)
Great for photographs because they compress the file size to load quickly—but that compression = slight quality loss (especially if saved multiple times).
šŸ‘‰ Not ideal for logos or anything with sharp edges.

PNG (.png)
Keeps edges crisp and supports transparency (no background), which makes it perfect for logos and graphics.
šŸ‘‰ Higher quality than JPEG—but larger file size.

GIF (.gif)
Built for simple animations and loops. Fun and eye-catching, but limited to a small color range.
šŸ‘‰ Not great for anything that needs to look polished or high-end.

SVG (.svg)
Vector-based, meaning it’s made from math—not pixels—so it can scale infinitely without ever getting blurry.
šŸ‘‰ The BEST option for logos, icons, and anything that needs to stay sharp at any size.

WEBP (.webp)
A newer format designed for the web. It compresses better than JPEG and PNG while keeping quality high.
šŸ‘‰ Ideal for websites when you want speed and clarity.

Lauren came to us with an existing logo for "With Love," and we got to build the rest of the story around it, starting with a fresh website design and a color palette that feels equal parts grounded, soft, and just a little bold.

"With Love" is Lauren’s work as a death doula. She supports people as they plan ahead, simplify what they leave behind, and make sure their families are taken care of long before big decisions fall on grieving shoulders.

We’re kind of obsessed with how this one is coming together and cannot wait to show you the full website šŸ‘€

Stay tuned!

Marketing Tip Monday šŸ’”

If you want your business to grow, start by really listening.

Your clients are constantly giving you insight... what they love, what’s confusing, what they wish was different. The businesses that stand out aren’t the ones that get it perfect the first time, they’re the ones that pay attention and adjust!

Feedback isn’t criticism, it’s direction. And when you’re open to it, you’re not just improving your service… you’re building trust.

Take a minute this week to ask for feedback, and even more importantly, act on it.
