A couple weeks before the Bears and Falcons squared off, Allard Fam (Bears til the end) and Aarik Evanson (bless his Falcons heart) shook on it. Loser wears the winner’s colors and buys lunch.

Two years later and Dan still looks great in his Bing Bang hat!

Yesterday we wrapped up year two with Marion County, Iowa Development and started talks on year three. We've had a ton of fun working with these folks, and we're looking forward to more.

Q3 is done and in the books, and it's been a great few months. We've been hard at work becoming the best Bing Bang we can be, and you can't do that without a little friendly competition.

We wrapped up the quarter with some Go Kart racing. Aarik came first, Josh in second, and Mark in third. The rest of us might be better off with a few rounds of Mario Kart than behind an actual wheel.

has been making the rounds in the NFL lately, and we can’t stop watching.

What gets us is that it’s the same idea every time; 'read their mind', but every location is its own unique performance. Whoever he’s with feels like they are the only thing that matters in that moment. That’s what it looks like when someone is working in their zone of brilliance. And it’s a blast to watch.

It’s something we think about a lot here, too. When you find what you’re great at and keep showing up for people with it, making our clients feel like they're the main event, that’s how success repeats itself.

It's not every day a client asks you to go to Hawaii -- so this opportunity with American Equity was one we were super excited for.
