🥹🩷 We are cheering and grieving at the same time.

Our queen of social media, analyzing metrics, email marketing, and more is leaving the Marketing Maven team. We couldn't be more proud of all she's learned and accomplished in the last two years since she became a Maven, but we're even MORE proud that she's YOLO-ing to the fullest. After this week, Logan will be working toward her long-term goal of living abroad to teach English to students in South Korea. When Logan joined our team in the summer of 2024, she was fresh out of college and eager to learn. But she doesn't do anything half-ass, and she quickly impressed all of us with her creativity, her willingness to try anything, and her drive to make a difference for our clients. Over the last two years, she's definitely made her mark on our team and our operation, and has raised the bar for how we do things.

We're going to miss her personality, her book recommendations, her Spotify playlists, her post-travel stories, and her exceptional work more than we can say. But how can we NOT be delighted to see our queenie chasing her dreams and changing lives!? Slay, queen. Slay. We'll be cheering you on from the States and always rooting for you in the future! 🥳

😂 During one of our recent team meetings, everyone showed up with their own custom Zoom background, and it's safe to say they were a pretty accurate representation of everyone's personality.

Yoshis, magical worlds, outer space, dolphins... Steven even showed up in a suit and tie, fully committing to his corporate office concept.

Then there was Matt. He created a video background featuring himself doing random activities behind his live video feed and somehow managed to fool the entire team into thinking he forgot to make one. Who even knew you could do that?

The results were exactly what you'd expect from a room full of designers, marketers, photographers, and videographers. Safe to say our weekly staff meetings are never boring.

🧠💬 Good social media strategy doesn't happen by accident.

A lot goes into creating consistent, strategic content for our brand management clients, and it all starts with meetings like this.
Once a month, our marketing and communications department gets together for a social media planning session to map out content months in advance. We brainstorm ideas, build content schedules, delegate tasks, and coordinate with clients and other departments so every post is set up for success.

It's a collaborative process that takes time, communication, and plenty of creativity, but it's one of the ways we make sure every client receives thoughtful, organized marketing support.

These strategy sessions usually last a couple of hours, but they're one of our favorite ways to stay aligned, think ahead, and turn ideas into content that gets results.

🏙️📹 One of our favorite parts of community-focused projects is getting to showcase the personality of a place, but doing that in your hometown hits a little differently.

We know Great Bend pretty well, which made this shoot with the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce even more fun.

Rachel and Matt captured fresh photos and video featuring local businesses, community events, public art, downtown scenes, and aerial views of the town. The content will help bring the Chamber's brand-new website to life while showcasing everything that makes Great Bend such a special place to live, work, and visit.

We're just getting started on the Chamber's new website and already can't wait to start putting this content to work.
