🎉👏 We’re celebrating two big work anniversaries on the Marketing Maven team!

This month, Matt is celebrating 6 years full-time with Marketing Maven as our Director of Web Design & Video Production, and Brooklin is celebrating 2 years with the team as our part-time Projects Assistant & Student Intern.

If you know Matt, you know there’s a very good chance he can fix it, build it, edit it, troubleshoot it, or somehow make it work better. Leading both our web and video departments is no small task, but he handles it with creativity, patience, and a calm “we’ll figure it out” attitude that keeps projects moving even when things get chaotic.

Brooklin has quickly become one of those people every team hopes for. She’s always willing to learn, help, jump into different departments, and take on new challenges, all while balancing school and work at the same time. Her adaptability and positive attitude have made a huge impact over the last two years.

We’re really thankful for both of you and everything you bring to the team every single day. Happy work anniversary, Matt & Brooklin!

💇‍♀️💻 A late afternoon department meeting + concert plans after work = a very chaotic multitasking moment. Don’t worry though, permission was granted beforehand before Logan hopped on the call looking slightly unhinged from this angle. Honestly, this feels like a pretty accurate representation of marketing life sometimes. Schedules get weird, plans overlap, and somehow you still make everything work.

📦🚚 Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at our move from the Great Bend office to our new space at Groover Labs in Wichita. Between hauling furniture, cleaning, organizing equipment, and figuring out signage, it’s been a busy few weeks around here. This move marks a really exciting new chapter for our team as we continue to grow, collaborate, and create in a space that gives us room to do even more for our clients. Watching the office slowly come together has been pretty cool… even if our backs might disagree. We’re officially settling in and excited for everything ahead!

The last 12 months have been filled with countless graphics, logos, print designs, Photoshop magic, and at least a few conversations about music, typography, or whatever cool thing he’s currently working on. 🚁🏠 360 views just hit different. We captured this drone footage in Ness City for Vap Construction, and it’s a perfect example of how much more you can show when you take things off the ground. It highlights the building in a way ground-level visuals simply can’t, giving you the full picture in one shot. Aerial content is a powerful tool for websites, social media, and marketing materials, especially when you’re showcasing properties, facilities, or large-scale projects.

And if you look closely… you might spot a tiny Rachel & Emmett in the shot 👀

☕ This photo of one of our favorite mini Mavens was too cute not to share. Oaklyn is rocking the Marketing Maven mug and somehow even matched it with her Nike shirt. Was it on purpose? We’re not sure. Maybe Ashlie is just so used to keeping branding consistent that it happened subconsciously. Don’t let the smile fool you though… she takes her coffee black. (kidding, she’s 8 😅).
