It's been a busy, but incredibly productive couple of days here in Arusha, whilst attending the KARIBU-KILIFAIR. It is such a vibrant show, that truly showcases the unique spirit of East Africa.

There have been some exciting meetings and connections, some great catch up time with our East Africa clients as well as some amazing wildlife encounters inbetween!

Today though... the next destination was already calling as Nico heads into the Serengeti with a short hours flight on Miracle Air to Seronera airstrip. East Africa as a destination is an integral part of our GingerBerry Collection, especially at this time of the year, when we attend the world renowned KARIBU-KILIFAIR, the largest Tourism fair in East Africa, at Arusha, in Tanzania from 4-7June 2026.

As we speak Nico is roaming the aisles, making new connections and of course flying the flag for his portfolio members based there ... Miracle Experience Balloon Safaris, Miracle Air and the Wellworth Collection of Luxury lodges and Hotels.

Before arriving in Arusha though, he made a quick stop in Zanzibar ... After a truly fabulous WTM Africa ... We hit the ground running the following week with an East Africa workshop in Johannesburg with C&L Travel Collection.... only to return to The Mother City in time to do the East Africa thing again in Cape Town at The Capetonian in the centre of town. They put on such a great show and a truly impressive lunch buffet ....such a hidden gem in the CBD

This is sea sand at Cape Recife and not one of those old fashioned fussy drawings where if you stare at it for a long time you will see a 3D bunny chewing a carrot or a dachshund chasing an alligator. When I am looking for this kind of thing I tend to walk into the lighthouse.
