Taibu AI team sync is here. We're testing it with a small group of chosen partners from Austria and Estonia first.

Here is why it matters. In most companies the knowledge exists, but nobody can find it. It sits in someone's head, on someone's laptop, in the CRM, or in a chat from four months ago. Everyone knows a piece, nobody has the whole picture.

New hire starts. Where is the pricing? How do we write to clients? What did we decide about that customer in March? Which tools do we use? So they guess, or they interrupt someone who already knows.

Three things we solved today:

1. The team leader decides what gets shared.
You create scopes. For example sales, marketing, or one per client. Then you pick who is in each one. Your strategy, your processes, your decisions and your references land in everyone's AI OS automatically. It supports built-in elements as well as custom folders and even apps.

2. You choose the direction.
Some things should flow one way only. Your company instructions and your playbook stay yours to change, so nobody's AI can quietly rewrite how the team works. Other things, like what the team learns day to day, flow both ways. Everyone contributes, everyone benefits.

3. Reporting is the team member's choice.
The leader can turn on activity reports: what people worked on, where the process is slow, which topics come up.

But the person decides whether to take part. They see exactly what is sent, counts and topics, never their actual conversations or anything personal. They can stop at any time. (Thank you Jakob Heigl for pushing this feature)

Everything shared is encrypted on your own computer before it goes anywhere, and it syncs through infrastructure you own. Your own folder, or your own private git repository. Not through us.

We are onboarding a few more partners into the test. If your team has this problem, dm to us.

Most tools make you reconnect the same account in ten different places. Taibu does it once.

You hook up a tool a single time on the Connections page. Gmail. Google Drive. Your CRM. Slack. From that moment, everything inside Taibu can reach it. Every routine, every skill, every task you throw at it.

Write a cold email campaign? It already has your CRM. Ask for a morning brief? It already has your inbox and your calendar. You never wire the same thing up twice.

A detail I care about: API keys never get pasted into the chat. They go into a proper key panel, out of the conversation, where they belong. The live connections are set up by the AI with your permission, not by you copying tokens around.

Connect once. Use everywhere. That is the whole idea.

My favourite thing about Taibu is boring. It is the morning.

I open the laptop, and half the day's admin is already sorted. There is a short brief waiting for me. What happened while I was away. Which leads have not been answered. What is sitting in the Outbox needing a yes.

I read it with my first coffee. Two minutes, and I know exactly where the business stands. No digging through five inboxes. No trying to remember what I promised someone on Friday.

The way it works: you set up routines. Small scheduled jobs. A morning check. A weekly review of your numbers. A sweep for leads that went cold. They run on your own computer, on your own clock, and drop the results into your briefs.

Anything that wants to go out to a client still waits in the Outbox for your approval. The checks are automatic. The sending is not.

It is the closest thing I have to an assistant who starts before I do.

Here is the rule that makes Taibu safe to hand real work to: it can write anything, but it won't send anything without your consent.

Every email, every message, every post it produces lands in one place first. The Outbox. It sits there as a draft and waits for you.

You get three buttons. Approve and send. Adjust. Discard.

That's it. Nothing leaves on its own. No routine, no automation, no clever agent can push something out to a client behind your back. If you never open the Outbox, nothing ever goes out.

Why this matters: the fastest way to lose trust in a tool is to find out it emailed a client something you never saw. So we took that risk off the table. The AI drafts. You are the last set of eyes, every single time.

It also learns from your edits. Fix a draft before you send it, and the next one sounds a little more like you.

Your name only goes out on words you have actually read.

Most people who try AI at work hit the same wall. It does things. You are not always sure what, or when, or to whom.

That is the part that keeps business owners up at night. Not the technology. The missing brake pedal.

Taibu is built the other way around.

You ask for something in plain language. "Check for unpaid invoices and send reminders to my clients." Before it touches anything, it shows you the plan:

1. Find overdue invoices
2. Match each one to a client
3. Draft a polite reminder
4. Put the drafts in the Outbox

Then it stops. Nothing runs until you press approve.

No black box. No surprises in your sent folder. You see the steps, you change what you want, and you decide when it goes.

AI should do the boring work. You should still be the one in charge.
