Taibu AI team sync is here. We're testing it with a small group of chosen partners from Austria and Estonia first.
Here is why it matters. In most companies the knowledge exists, but nobody can find it. It sits in someone's head, on someone's laptop, in the CRM, or in a chat from four months ago. Everyone knows a piece, nobody has the whole picture.
New hire starts. Where is the pricing? How do we write to clients? What did we decide about that customer in March? Which tools do we use? So they guess, or they interrupt someone who already knows.
Three things we solved today:
1. The team leader decides what gets shared.
You create scopes. For example sales, marketing, or one per client. Then you pick who is in each one. Your strategy, your processes, your decisions and your references land in everyone's AI OS automatically. It supports built-in elements as well as custom folders and even apps.
2. You choose the direction.
Some things should flow one way only. Your company instructions and your playbook stay yours to change, so nobody's AI can quietly rewrite how the team works. Other things, like what the team learns day to day, flow both ways. Everyone contributes, everyone benefits.
3. Reporting is the team member's choice.
The leader can turn on activity reports: what people worked on, where the process is slow, which topics come up.
But the person decides whether to take part. They see exactly what is sent, counts and topics, never their actual conversations or anything personal. They can stop at any time. (Thank you Jakob Heigl for pushing this feature)
Everything shared is encrypted on your own computer before it goes anywhere, and it syncs through infrastructure you own. Your own folder, or your own private git repository. Not through us.
We are onboarding a few more partners into the test. If your team has this problem, dm to us.
