Looking for sushi in Banff? 🍣

We stopped by during our Banff trip and I started with the Watermelon Sake Slush, which was absolutely delicious.

We ordered the Chicken Karaage, Chashu Pork Baos, Alberta Beef Tataki, and Crispy Avocado Rolls to share. My favourite item was definitely the Chashu Pork Baos.

After a few days of rain, Calgary finally woke up under blue skies again.

Everything looked brighter today. The trees seemed greener, the colours felt richer, and even the mountains in the distance looked a little clearer. Sometimes all it takes is a bit of rain to remind you how beautiful a sunny day can be.
