180 lbs x 5 reps. because it's all about you vs you. being better than you were yesterday, showing up for yourself when you really don't feel like it 😓 this training sesh was after a super long day at work during month end and also budget season. I just wanted to go home and lay on the couch but I knew I had to put in the work for ME! and knowing that my mom was at the gym waiting for me also helped 🥰

thank you to everyone who entered! we raised over $1600 for Alzheimer’s support and services for those living with dementia and their caregivers 💙

*only 155 entries were in the raffle even though $1647 was raised because only one entry was given for each multiple of $10 (for example, if someone donated $25 they received 2 entries). I also did not put entries in for the $50 I donated myself.

I spent 3 months on a scalp serum that was never going to do what I needed it to 🥲 not because it’s BAD, but because it’s missing the ingredient that actually matters: Aminexil (aka Capixyl). if your serum doesn’t have them, you’re just moisturizing your scalp 🧴 which is fine, but not the goal 😝

so I switched to the new one and I’m excited to share the results soon! ✨ save this before you waste $$ on the wrong serum 💀
