as a chemical engineer I’m embarrassed to say how many times I’ve used expired products on my face and wondered why I wasn’t getting good results 😮‍💨 but now this little label maker helps me make sure I use up my stuff before the efficacy starts going down!

180 lbs x 5 reps. because it's all about you vs you. being better than you were yesterday, showing up for yourself when you really don't feel like it 😓 this training sesh was after a super long day at work during month end and also budget season. I just wanted to go home and lay on the couch but I knew I had to put in the work for ME! and knowing that my mom was at the gym waiting for me also helped 🥰

thank you to everyone who entered! we raised over $1600 for Alzheimer’s support and services for those living with dementia and their caregivers 💙

*only 155 entries were in the raffle even though $1647 was raised because only one entry was given for each multiple of $10 (for example, if someone donated $25 they received 2 entries). I also did not put entries in for the $50 I donated myself.
