Our designers dropped some fresh poster designs for the Haapsalu Graphic Design Festival! 🎨 This year’s Individuality exhibition is tackling the theme of Changes, so you know we had to bring our A-game.

We hit the opening event, soaked up pure creative inspiration (and some much-needed Vitamin D), all while a background flute soundtrack set the vibe for the whole trip. 🎶

Kaubamaja is the kind of brand Estonians have a deep, personal relationship with. That's not something you mess with. It's something you honour 🧡

The rebrand is built on a visual system with a few key elements: just enough to stay flexible, yet instantly recognizable. The official comeback of "The one and only" is now supported by a vibrant orange line, refined typography, and a structured grid. Same iconic brand but more modern, minimal, and sophisticated vibe.

The mental load, absorbing pressure and managing expectations from different directions.

There are no great project managers, just lucky ones. Somehow, the ones who plan the most get suspiciously lucky.

If your job had a warning label, what would it say?
You need to know how to survive “Can we launch this today?” requests.

What’s one soft skill every project manager absolutely needs?
Empathy, aka emotional intelligence, reading the room and adjusting how you communicate to keep things moving.
