Over the years, we’ve partnered with the Bridge to Bridge team across event planning, marketing, and design support. It's a project we're always excited to see on our calendar, mainly because it's all for a fantastic cause, supporting local charities and making a real impact in our community.

We love that Bridge to Bridge attracts cyclists of all levels each year – so whether you're an experienced rider or taking on your longest distance yet, we’ve got some simple training tips to help you hit that finish line feeling strong on Saturday 13th September.
✅ Consistency matters – increase your mileage gradually (no more than 20% per week) to help avoid injury.
✅ Three key rides each week – aim for one easy, one hard (hello hills!) and one long ride that builds each week.
✅ Protect your long ride – life’s busy, but try not to skip that crucial weekend session.
✅ Eat, drink, repeat – practice fuelling on the move. Real food, 40–60g of carbs per hour, and 500ml of fluids is a solid guide.
