The workshop is open again after a lovely summer break, with fresh investment in materials, software and equipment, and a new batch of projects underway.
One of our latest commissions was for Reynolds Boxing Academy, who asked us to refine an existing design and create a batch of detailed, polished steel keyrings to help promote the gym and hand out to coaches & members.
For this project, we chose 30mm polished steel keyrings. Preserving the artwork’s character on such a small surface takes careful consideration, so we reworked the design to suit the format while ensuring the finer details remained clear. Carefully planned laser toolpaths created subtle variations in shading, followed by high-resolution marking to bring out the contrast and definition.
We also created a custom QR code for the academy and marked it onto the reverse of each keyring, linking directly to their social media page. It’s a simple yet effective way to help potential members discover the academy, and something we can create for your business, too.
Optimising your artwork, adapting the design to the material and size, and being on hand to offer advice are all part of our service.
