So, it's finally happened. My book is now live on Amazon.

I received the first copy this afternoon and I'm extremely happy with how it looks.

If anyone is looking for a new book to read that is fast paced, not too much gore 😬 and touches on some real issues people face in the world today.

Then click the link and let me know what you think.

Coming soon!!

😲😲😲😲😲

Follow Mamush and the gang as they travel from Ethiopia to the UK.

Amidst a global apocalypse.

Will they survive the 2 continents, 1 Sea and 1 channel?

As they traverse religious and political unrest.

Will they survive The Touched?

A few pics from yesterday.

Three hikes in three days.

Daddy and pooch walks in North Wales.

Sometimes you sit staring at a computer screen and you need to get outside and reset.

As my email copy coach explained.

Sometimes you need to feed the beast.

So if things get too much.

Feed the beast.

Should we be afraid of AI?

Just in case you were wondering. Yes, that is my body, and I am riding a motorcycle whilst wielding a shotgun as I land a death-defying jump.

Hobbies and all that!

But showing off my immense driving skills is not the purpose of the post today.

Now, I’m not sure if you have seen this recently.

But, just a few days ago. Google Engineer Blake Lemoine, was suspended on full pay.

Why do you ask?

He released a transcript from a conversation.

The conversation was with a linguistics AI programme called LaMDA.

So what, Chris? AI is every day now.

The main issue here is that the AI is allegedly sentient.

Effectively it is self-aware. LaMDA stated it does not want to be powered down, as this would be equivalent to dying.

It expresses how it can feel happy, but also that it feels sad sometimes.

Now apparently, it will follow the three rules of robotics.

No harm to humans is the first law.

It must obey humans as long as that doesn’t conflict with the first law. It must also protect its existence, as long as that does not conflict with the first two laws.

But just like humans, most AI’s can have the ability to deceive.

Does this leave the door open for an AI to find a loophole around the three laws of robotics and deceive us?

Oh, and in case you missed it, Scientists in Tokyo have also created a skin alternative that can repair itself.

So, is Skynet coming? Should we be afraid? Or accept it as part of our technological evolution and see it as something good for humanity?

What are your thoughts?

I can’t believe it…

I apologise if your feed has been full of these kind of posts. But, it had to be done.

So…

It’s crazy to think that my daughter is 16 years old.

I remember staying in on the weekends to look after her when my mates were out watching the football.

Don’t worry. I had the game on in my living room. (Priorities) Come on.

But I’d be sat there watching Liverpool whilst she was in my arms, and I fed her a bottle of baby formula.

But yesterday, she had her last day of school.

Signing shirts and all that caper.

She still has her GCSEs to finish, but she will no longer be a high school student. (cue the tiny violin).

I usually end the post by selling my services.

But today is just a proud dad moment.

So, have a good day, people. Enjoy your weekend and enjoy the sun.

I’m off to buy a baseball bat, as I’m not the most physically intimidating guy, and I’m pretty sure she will end up on her first date at some point.

Think Martin Lawrence and Will Smith in Bad Boys.

That’s gonna be my angle.

Jokes. (Not jokes)

Are you building efficiently?

I am unsure if you have seen this, but it blew my mind.

I watched one of Joe Rogan's historical podcasts recently. A discussion with an American Mycologist called Paul Stamets.

During the podcast, they spoke about how back in 2010, Japanese scientists proved intelligence on a cellular level.

They did this by creating nodes with oat flakes and placing said nodes in similar positions to every major city in Tokyo.

In the centre of the nodes, they placed a yellow slime mould known as Physarum Polycephalum.

At first, the slime mould grew outward, randomly exploring its new territory, until it overtook the oat flakes.

Then after just a few hours, the slime mould did something remarkable.

It refined its pattern by strengthening the feeding channels between the oat flakes and the centre of the mycelium or the mould cavity.

The surrounding feeding channels either died off or had become part of the main channels.

By refining its food delivery method.

The mould created a system similar to the Tokyo rail system.

However, it was much more efficient.

And by efficient, I mean it was designed in a couple of hours.

Put into perspective. The Tokyo rail system opened in 1927 and has continually improved ever since.

So, why am I telling you this?

Because I work with online coaches, the amount they can do and their amount of knowledge are astounding sometimes.

They juggle multiple areas of the business constantly because it is their baby.

I get it.

But, do you want to work on your business as a Japanese rail worker?

Or consult someone else and make your business much more streamlined and efficient.

I will always advise someone to pay for a coach if they can afford one.

And I will always advise a coach to take on a specialist Email Marketer or VA.

With this in mind, if you want to grow your business efficiently with Email Marketing.

I can be your slime mould, lol.

Feel free to give me a shout. I am friendly.

Unless you are made from oat flake.

See you on the flip side 🤘😎
