Wednesday: 🌦️ Sunshine after the rain - Day high 20°C - Night low 9°C - Gentle S’ly breeze - ☀️⬆️ 7:08 AM - ☀️⬇️ 6:48 PM

Good morning everyone! The last day of September, which will turn out pretty nice after a wet start to the day. So, if you want to see the sunshine after the rain, you’ll be happy later. I can’t say that you’ll be seeing bluebirds flying over the mountains, though. If you know the music track I’m referencing, then let me know in the comments. If you don’t, then just ignore me! 😂

Enough joking around, here is the Manchester weather forecast for Wednesday and Thursday.

▪️Wednesday: A wet start as heavy rain sweeps through on a cold front, potentially producing a squall line (brief gusty winds and very heavy rain/thunder risk). This rain will clear between mid and late morning, bringing drier and sunnier weather from the south-west in its wake. Much of the daytime ahead will then offer lots of autumn sunshine with increasingly lighter winds as it progresses. A trough will bring a threat of showers into this evening, though. Feeling pleasant with above-average temperatures. Highs of 20°C.

🟡☀️ Moderate UV Index.
🟢💨 Low pollution levels.
🥵🌡️ Cob-o-meter = 5/10 - Pleasant in the sunshine.
🥵🛌 Sticky Bed Index = 3/10 - Mild but not as warm as recent nights.

▪️Wednesday Night: Cooler tonight with a few showers, mainly in the west. Winds will be light and skies will be partly clear during dry periods. Lows of 9°C.

▪️Thursday: 🌤️ A ridge of high pressure will make for a decent day on Thursday with sunny spells and just a few showers, mainly during the afternoon. Feeling fresher, although mild for the time of year. Highs of 18°C.

▪️Friday: ☁️ Cloudy and very mild on Friday with light rain on and off. Southerly winds will help keep the temperature up in the high teens. Highs of 19°C.

Have a nice Wednesday everyone! The upcoming weekend is looking promising for settled weather as high pressure builds in, well after Saturday morning. We just need to take the time of year into account as high pressure can bring misty/cloudy weather as well. Hopefully it’ll turn out nice, but at least it won’t all be wet and windy. Tuesday: ⛅️ Breezy with bright spells; feeling warm PM - Day high 22°C - Night low 18°C - ESE’ly winds - ☀️⬆️ 7:06 AM - ☀️⬇️ 6:50 PM

Good morning everyone! It may not feel too warm if you’re up first thing, but it will feel warm by this afternoon. In fact, a few cobs will be sweated later. Here is the Manchester weather forecast for Tuesday.

▪️Tuesday: A cool and breezy start with clear spells ahead of sunrise. Areas of cloud will feed in as the morning progresses with bright/sunny spells still featuring at times.

Similar conditions will then follow into this afternoon, and after early afternoon, sunny spells should break out more widely. A rather gusty wind will blow in from the east-south-east but even with this wind, it’ll feel warm and muggy later. Highs of 22°C.

▪️Tuesday Night: Unseasonably warm and humid tonight with mostly cloudy skies and showers at times. Towards dawn on Wednesday, heavy rain will sweep in from the south-west. Lows of 18°C.

▪️Wednesday: 🌦️ Initially wet tomorrow but soon turning drier and brighter as a cold front clears the scene. Sunny spells will be plentiful during the remainder of the day, but there will be an ongoing risk of seeing a heavy shower break out, more so later in the afternoon. Less humid and cooler. Highs of 20°C.

▪️Thursday: 🌤️ A pleasant start to October with sunny spells and just a few isolated showers. Despite being cooler compared to the previous days, it’ll feel pleasant in the sunshine with just light wind. Highs of 18°C.
