22,000 products. Six-year-old platform. Revenue +53% in 30 days.

Bargain Chemist is one of NZ’s fastest-growing discount pharmacy retailers. Their Shopify store was doing serious volume, but the tech underneath hadn’t been touched in six years. Accumulated workarounds, third-party dependencies that had outgrown their original setup.

They needed a full rebuild. The catch? Orders don’t stop. Prescriptions don’t wait. Compliance doesn’t pause.

So we rebuilt the entire platform while the business kept running. New theme, new shipping logic, purpose built dispatch system, 22,000+ products remapped to a new navigation structure, without losing years of SEO value.

Early results (30 days post launch, compared to 30 days prior):

📈 Mobile Orders +52.61%
📈 Sessions +66%
