Terodesign created a series of photorealistic 3D visualizations for a private residence designed by TWO Architects, LLC, located on the serene shores of Longboat Key, Florida. The architecture reflects a contemporary coastal lifestyle - clean lines, open volumes, and a strong connection between interior and exterior spaces. Natural materials, warm textures, and expansive glazing allow light and landscape to become integral elements of the design, while the courtyard and pool anchor the home within its lush tropical setting. Our focus was to accurately convey the architect’s vision, capturing the atmosphere, clarity, and elegance of a modern waterfront retreat.

Terodesign studio had the pleasure of contributing architectural visualizations for this residential project, working as a subcontractor to Locka Service AB. Designed by Lyan Arkitekter for Peab AB, the development brings a contemporary, warm aesthetic to the growing Campus Vellinge area. With these renders, we aimed to bring forward the project’s vision in a way that highlights both its character and its sense of place.

The View Residence

Creating the visualization for The View Residence was a milestone for our studio - our very first collaboration with a developer in Kraków, the city where we have been working for over a decade. This premium residential project by EkoPark stands out for its unique riverside location, right next to the Vistula and within sight of iconic landmarks such as The Wawel Castle and the historic Old Town. Designed in the spirit of “quiet luxury,” The View combines refined architecture, elegant interiors, and exclusive amenities. For us, this project was more than just another commission - it was an honor to take part in shaping a development in the city we call home.
