Romanians do not share a single healthcare system. They live in parallel “sects” of beliefs.

🎤 Join Cosmin Constantin, Senior Research Consultant at Mercury Research, at Esomar Connect 2026 Bucharest for his presentation: Healthcare Sects: How Romanians' Health Beliefs Form, Isolate and Collide.

Some Romanians may place their trust in digital tools, others may trust exclusively their family doctor. Mercury Research mapped these “sects” in a large-scale study that will show how these groups are formed, how resistant they are to messages coming from outside, and how each can be approached.

Investim în oameni, pentru că cercetarea calitativă bună începe cu cercetători bine pregătiți.

Patricia a participat recent la AQR Moderating Skills Workshop, de la Londra, un program de formare al Asociației pentru Cercetare Calitativă (AQR).

Moderarea bună face diferența între un răspuns superficial și o înțelegere reală a motivațiilor oamenilor. Când echipa noastră își perfecționează aceste abilități, clienții noștri primesc informații mai clare și mai utile, pe care pot să se bazeze cu încredere în deciziile lor.

Învățarea continuă face parte din modul în care lucrăm, iar noi vom continua să ținem echipa la curent cu metodele și standardele care modelează industria noastră.

Colegul nostru Remus Vesler s-a alăturat institutelor naționale de statistică și partenerilor din toată Europa pentru discuțiile despre Business and Consumer Survey (BCS), un studiu în care Mercury este partener al Comisiei Europene.
