Within a couple weeks time, we celebrated our 28th anniversary in business and made the Columbus Business First 2026 Largest Central Ohio Women-Owned Businesses List 🎂

Our agency was founded in 1998 by former television journalist Lisa Arledge Powell, with a simple belief: important healthcare stories deserve to be seen – via video – and heard. Long before video became essential to modern communications, it was central to ours.

After years inside TV newsrooms, Lisa saw firsthand that even the most powerful healthcare stories could go unheard because organizations didn’t know how to visually create them and distribute them to earn attention. She built MediaSource to change that: an agency that knows how to discover the stories, visually bring them to life and make them impossible to overlook.
