Huge congratulations to our Q1 Icon Award Winner, Jared!
Jared made a massive impact in Q1 across both customer success and business growth.
One of the biggest highlights:
We set a company goal for new CRM retainers in 2026, and Jared helped bring in half of that goal in Q1 alone.
But what really makes Jared stand out goes beyond the numbers.
Throughout the quarter, clients repeatedly shared appreciation for the way he worked through challenges, provided strategic guidance, and genuinely cared about helping their businesses succeed.
He also continued investing in his own growth by completing Revenue Cloud training to better support a large client initiative and strengthen future opportunities for the team.
