Amazing coverage for our client Juniper Communities - Juniper Village at Lebanon! 🌱

ABC27's Mallory Metzner stopped by to see the community's new AeroGardens in action, part of a partnership with Penn State Health's Food Access and Community Garden Program.

Residents are growing their own leafy greens right in the dining area at Juniper Thyme Eatery and Fire Drop Coffee Co., giving them a safe, reliable food source during the current cyclosporiasis outbreak, all while staying active, hands-on, and engaged.

This is innovation, partnership, and vitality in action, and a wonderful example of how Juniper Village continues to prioritize residents' health and happiness.

Commercial Construction & Renovation Magazine featured Kimmel Architecture's upcoming residence hall and dining facility project with University of Pittsburgh. Thank you to -Mag for highlighting this exciting project. The new residence hall is planned to provide approximately 420 beds for first-year students, along with public dining, faculty-in-residence spaces, study areas, and flexible spaces that can support Living Learning Communities. Construction is expected to begin this summer, with the building targeted to open for the Fall 2028 semester.

Last week, we had the pleasure of attending 'Guys and Dolls SR.' part of our client Music Theatre International's Broadway Senior program. The residents of Jewish Home Family did a fantastic job. Through raising public awareness of MTI's Broadway Senior shows not only in NJ but nationally and internationally, we're thrilled to help highlight this important creative outlet for older adults everywhere.
