⚽️🔥 Team Night: Office vs. Office Soccer Edition 🔥⚽️
6v6 against another office… and safe to say we understood the assignment!
We came, we showed up, and we conquered with a 7-5 win. 🏆
Even though the fields were a little farther out, almost the ENTIRE office still pulled up to support the team. 👏
That’s what makes this culture different — everybody shows love, whether it’s in the office or on the soccer field.
And honestly? The game was WAY more competitive than expected. 😂
Both teams were stacked with talent, nonstop energy, and just enough trash talk to make it interesting.
Big shoutout to some of the newer guys too — seeing them step up, get involved, and instantly become part of the team was one of the best parts of the night. 💯
By the end, half the office lost their voice screaming, a few people were fighting for their lives after one sprint, and somehow everyone thought they were getting scouted for the Premier League. 😭⚽️
Definitely one for the books. Great energy, great people, and a night nobody’s forgetting anytime soon. 🚀🔥
Safe to say, we already can’t wait for the next soccer team night 😂 Next time we’re pulling up EXTRA prepared with cardboard cutouts, foam fingers, and shirts that say “STAS ON TOP” like it’s the World Cup finals! 🏟️

🚗💨Girls road trip down to Virginia Beach🌴
The ladies set out to learn how to build a successful office while still having a life outside of it — and Sherm was the perfect example. 💯
Sherm was back to work on her birthday… just 3 days after giving birth 😳🔥
That’s not normal dedication — that’s a different level.
Being around leaders like Sherm shifts your mindset and shows what’s really possible when you’re all in.
We love seeing strong women lead the way in this business — real boss ladies setting the tone and raising the standard 👏✨
Safe to say they left inspired, focused, and ready to bring that same energy back home! 🚀

Pretty amazing… but also not surprising. 😌
It’s just what happens when you mix good looks, real work ethic, consistency, and a team that refuses to be average! 💥
Day in and day out, this group shows up, pushes each other, and finds a way to level up — no shortcuts, no excuses. Just growth and results. 📈

We just crushed 470… and now we’re coming for 600 as an office! 👀💥
No hesitation.

What happens when we break 470 sales as an office? 🤯
Lunch on the house… no questions asked. 😌🍽️
Nothing like turning hard work into a full-on feast — plates stacked high, energy up, and suddenly nobody remembering what “one serving” means. 😂🍗🍚
Even better, we got to celebrate with not 1, but 2 road trips in the building 🚗
Great people, great energy, and even better food… definitely one for the books.
And for a solid 15 minutes… the office was silent. 😭
No music, no talking — just everyone locked in… on their plates. 😂
Grateful for moments like this — big wins, shared together. 🙌

Breaking it down on how to truly connect with people from all different backgrounds — different cultures, different conversations, same goal: real connection. ✔️✨
Because it’s not just what you say… it’s how you make people feel.
Meanwhile the room’s locked in like, “wait… are we learning communication or how to make friends in 5 languages??” 📝
That’s real skill — being able to walk up to anyone, anywhere, and make it feel natural. David & Damian are making it look too easy! 🔥

They wanted to see firsthand how an organization can scale fast while maintaining high standards, strong culture, and real development — because that’s exactly what we’re building here. 📈
Safe to say, it turned into a full-on deep dive… questions, notes, ideas — the whole thing felt more like a masterclass than a visit. 🕵️‍♂️📊
Big shoutout to our leaders and assistant managers for stepping up and holding it down while both managers were away. 👏

Last week, Jaelin and his crew of 4 made the trip all the way from Long Island to spend a few days with us. 🔥
Nothing beats exchanging ideas, learning from each other, and leveling up together… especially when there’s pizza involved 🍕😂 (because somehow the best business plans always come together mid-bite).
Between the laughs, the lessons, and definitely a few too many slices, it was a trip well spent.
With plans to expand into Upstate NY, we’re excited to see everything Jaelin is about to accomplish — big things on the way! 🚀
Appreciate you guys making the drive — next time we might have to limit the pizza so we can actually get some work done. 😭
