⛸️ Ice Skating Team Night! ❄️
Some people were gliding around like pros... others were hanging onto the skating aids for dear life. 😂🫣
There were a few wipeouts, a lot of laughs, and plenty of teammates helping each other back up. That's what team nights are all about—getting out of the office, trying something new, and making memories together.
Whether you spent the night doing laps or taking more trips to the ice than across it, everyone showed up ready to have a good time. 💙
It's nights like these that remind us we're building more than just a business—we're building friendships that make coming to work every day that much more fun.

🛼 Team Night: Roller Skating Edition! 🛼
What started as a roller skating night quickly turned into a comedy show. 😂
Some people came out looking like they belonged in the Olympics, while others were flopping around like wet noodles fighting for their lives. 🫠
Between the races, the wipeouts, the wall-huggers, and the people who somehow spent more time on the floor than on their skates, there was never a dull moment.
But that's what makes nights like these so much fun. Whether you're gliding across the rink or hanging on for dear life, everyone showed up ready to laugh, have a good time, and make memories together. 💯
One thing we love about this business is that we're more than coworkers. We work hard together, we grow together, and every now and then we embarrass ourselves on roller skates together. 😂❤️

Road Trip to King of Prussia!
Last week, the team headed down to visit Nick's office in King of Prussia and see firsthand what our newest promotion has been building. To top it all off, they wrapped up the week with a team night at Top Golf. ⛳️🔥
Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. Not long ago, Nick was sitting in campaign learning the business. Today, he's running his own office, leading a team, and creating opportunities for others.
Seeing someone go from rep to owner never gets old. It's one of the most rewarding parts of this business and a reminder of what's possible when hard work meets the right opportunity. 💯
We're proud of everything Nick and his team have accomplished so far, and we can't wait to see what they build next. 🚀👏

⚽️ Team Night Round 2! ⚽️
The scoreboard may not have gone our way this time... but if you ask us, we still walked away with a win. 🙌
The support on the sidelines was just as strong as the effort on the field, and that's what makes nights like these so special. Everyone showed up ready to compete, cheer each other on, and represent STAS. 💚
One thing you'll never question is Lucas's leadership. Whether he's coaching on the office floor or drawing up plays on the soccer field, he's always finding ways to help the team improve. Great leaders don't stop coaching when the whistle blows. 💯
And while we took the loss on the field, we're still winning where it counts. 😎 Both AJ and Lucas are on pace to break 400 sales each, and STAS is still sitting at #1 on the tracker. 📈🏆
To top it all off, the night ended with an epic dance-off that had everyone laughing, cheering, and showing off moves we definitely didn't know some people had. 💃🕺
It was the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable team night.
Win or lose, these are the moments that bring us closer together. We're building more than an office—we're building a family. ❤️

🚨 What did we tell you about losing Challenge Friday? 🚨
The consequences are real.
This week's losers had to play Culinary Roulette and take their chances with a BeanBoozled jelly bean. 🎲
Would it be a strawberry banana smoothie? 😋
Or rotten eggs? 🤢
Toothpaste? 😅
Or dead fish? 🤮
Judging by some of these faces, we're pretty sure not everyone got lucky. 😭
One second they were smiling, the next they were questioning every life decision that led them to that jelly bean. 😂
Moral of the story: if you don't want to gamble with flavors like moldy cheese and stinky socks, win Challenge Friday. 🏆

🔥Girls Trip (plus Jun & Ari, because apparently they didn't want to miss out 😭) to Massachusetts!
We love seeing women win in this business, so when we heard Fatima was putting up big numbers only a month after opening her office, we knew we had to make the trip! 👏
And trust us — she did not disappoint.
In just a short amount of time, Fatima and her team have already built something special, consistently putting up 100+ weeks while creating a culture that's impossible not to notice. 💯
The goal of the trip? Learn from someone who's doing it at a high level, pick up a few winning habits, and bring that knowledge back home.
One thing we love about this business is that leaders never stop learning. That's why we always network up. 🚀

🔥 Hibachi Team Night = Success 🍚
Nothing brings people together quite like good food, great company, and a hibachi chef turning dinner into a full-blown show! 🥢
The chef kept giving us extra food all night, but somehow the real star of the show was the flying broccoli. 🥦
One thing about this team — we know how to work hard, but we also know how to have fun together.
Great food, great people, and plenty of laughs. Safe to say, this hibachi night was a huge win. 🚀
