A business with two locations usually has two Google Business Profiles, and it is common for one of them to get most of the attention while the other quietly falls behind.
Each location needs its own accurate hours, its own current photos, its own steady flow of reviews, and its own consistent information. A profile that gets treated as an afterthought behaves like one in search results.
Customers searching near the second location have no idea it is the less-maintained one. They just see whichever profile is in front of them, complete or not.
If one location has been getting all the attention, the other is worth a second look.
