Do you love numbers, lists, and checking things off? Our branding agency on Marietta Square needs a part-time Bookkeeper (16–24 hrs/week) who can own invoicing, payroll, and the day-to-day money details so our creative team can focus on client work.
You'd be handling:
• Client invoicing, payment posting, and friendly past-due reminders.
• Bills, credit card entries, and vendor payments in QuickBooks Online.
• Bi-weekly payroll, 401(k) submissions, PTO and mileage tracking.
• Monthly bank/credit card reconciliations and simple management reports.
• Quarterly sales tax, estimated tax payments, and annual items like 1099s and insurance renewals.
We need you in the office regularly (Marietta Square) to deposit checks, scan documents, and work closely with our small team. Super flexible on your 16–24 hours though!
