You wouldn’t believe how lucky we are to welcome Kloey Lind to Modern Climate this summer!

A recent graduate of The College of St. Scholastica with a degree in Marketing, Kloey was drawn to Modern Climate by the people, culture, and the opportunity to learn from a team doing incredible work.

After visiting the office last year, she knew it was a place she wanted to be.

A former collegiate basketball player, Kloey brings a strong team-first mindset and is excited to learn how the different parts of an agency come together to deliver great work for clients.

Outside of work, you'll find her spending time with friends and family, staying active, traveling, or hunting for hidden gems at local thrift stores.

We're fired up to welcome Avery Farrell to Modern Climate this summer!

A recent graduate of Grand Valley State University, Avery joins the team with a passion for learning, trying new things, and embracing opportunities that push her outside her comfort zone.

Her previous marketing experiences have spanned both corporate and startup environments, giving her a well-rounded perspective and a love for solving problems collaboratively.

This summer, Avery is looking forward to meeting new people, gaining hands-on agency experience, and continuing to grow both professionally and personally.

When she's not at work, you'll find her exploring the outdoors, staying active, or searching for her next favorite coffee shop.

Please join us in welcoming Mitch Becker to Modern Climate this summer!

A recent Niagara University graduate, Mitch joins the team eager to learn the ins and outs of agency life and explore different areas of marketing as he begins his professional career.

Before Modern Climate, Mitch spent several years playing high-level hockey, including collegiate stops at UMass Lowell and Niagara University, before finishing his playing career in the ECHL.

Outside of work, Mitch enjoys hockey, golf, pickleball, smoking meat, and cheering on the Vikings.
