Meet the Cali School of Music’s 2026–27 Artist-in-Residence, Gabriel Kahane, at the first Cali Midweek of the season!

A singer-songwriter, composer and storyteller, Kahane moves effortlessly between the concert hall and contemporary songwriting, exploring complex social and political themes with nuance and humanity. His collaborators include Paul Simon, Phoebe Bridgers, Sufjan Stevens, Caroline Shaw and the Danish String Quartet.
