A U.S. Air Force mission report, DOW-UAP-D108, records that on July 29, 2025, in the Middle-East a crew observed six small spherical objects. The report says they seemed agile and changed direction frequently; it lists their speed ~480 mph and their altitude as ~ FL220. The report also says propulsion was unknown and no sensor interrogation was conducted.

NEW CIA RELEASE CONFIRMS 1964 NAVY UFO ENCOUNTER OVER PUERTO RICO

A newly released CIA document is providing fresh confirmation of a remarkable Cold War-era UFO encounter involving U.S. Navy radar operators and fighter pilots over the Caribbean.

The document, released August 7, 2026, through the latest PURSUE UAP disclosure, describes a series of unidentified aircraft encounters near Puerto Rico on November 16, 17, 18, 19 and 24, 1964. The most significant occurred November 19.

The destroyer USS Gyatt detected an unidentified high-altitude target while operating with an F-8 Crusader at approximately 35,000 feet. The object's speed was initially reported at more than 3,800 knots. It then slowed.

According to the CIA briefing, the object positioned itself approximately nine miles from the F-8. The Navy pilot selected afterburner and attempted an intercept. When he closed to about five miles, the object accelerated at what the report calls “extremely high speed,” entered a 20-degree climb and rapidly pulled away.

USS Gyatt tracked it for approximately 21 minutes.

As the F-8 returned toward Roosevelt Roads Naval Air Station, the object reportedly came back—approaching the fighter from behind to within about four miles. The pilot had good visibility and a full moon. He described what he saw as a delta-shaped aircraft approximately the size of a fighter.

And there was physical instrumentation behind the report: USS Gyatt photographed the object’s radar track from its radar scope.

Historical records identify the pilot as Lt. Cmdr. Kyle H. Woodbury, Executive Officer of Utility Squadron Eight, flying an F-8 under the callsign “Salty Spray 26.” Woodbury reportedly described a dark, roughly 60-foot-long triangular or delta-shaped craft and concluded that his F-8 had been “hopelessly outclassed.”

Five days later, another F-8 flying at approximately Mach .99 and 45,000 feet encountered another high-speed, high-altitude target that again rapidly pulled away.

The case eventually reached Project Blue Book and U.S. intelligence agencies. Investigators considered whether the mysterious aircraft could have been one of America's own secret Mach-3 aircraft, including the YF-12A associated with the highly classified Lockheed OXCART program. That possibility was investigated—and rejected.

A companion CIA document states that the Office of Naval Intelligence was ultimately convinced, through CIA efforts, that the object was not a YF-12A or a similar Lockheed aircraft. CIA obtained the original Navy radar film and prints for scientific analysis.

Project Blue Book ultimately treated the object as an “unidentified aircraft.” More than 60 years later, that aircraft remains unidentified.

The August 7 CIA release now adds another piece to a case once scattered across Navy, Air Force, Project Blue Book and intelligence records: for several nights in November 1964, U.S. military personnel were tracking something unusual in the skies around Puerto Rico—and they never determined what it was.

🔴 NEWLY RELEASED UAP REPORT — AC-130J ENCOUNTERS “COLD ORBS” OVER GULF OF OMAN

A newly released U.S. Air Force intelligence report provides extraordinary new details about a September 8, 2021 UAP encounter involving a U.S. Special Operations Forces AC-130 gunship conducting nighttime live-fire training over the Gulf of Oman.

According to Intelligence Information Report DOW-UAP-D101, the AC-130 crew observed approximately 25 instances of unidentified objects during the sortie.

The encounter began after the aircraft dropped a water-activated flare into the Gulf as a mock target. When the Combat Systems Officer slewed the aircraft’s EO/IR sensor back toward the flare, the crew observed TWO unidentified objects described in the report as approximately four-foot-diameter “cold orbs.”

The objects were reportedly hovering only 0–20 feet above the water and remained stationary over the flare for approximately 15 seconds.

Then something remarkable happened.

As the Combat Systems Officer pulled the trigger to fire the AC-130’s 105mm cannon, the report states that during the slight delay between the trigger pull and the cannon’s recoil, the two UAPs “rapidly fly away from the flare and out of the sensor feed” — without changing altitude.

The crew continued encountering UAPs throughout the sortie.

Two objects were observed maneuvering together in what the intelligence report describes as a loose but coordinated formation, moving around, above and below one another “similar to how dolphins playfully swim in a pod.”

The source added:

“They [The UAPs] knew they were flying together.”

Other UAPs were reportedly observed traveling in formations of three and maneuvering “erratically” and “aggressively.”

Using the aircraft’s TACTOOL system, the Combat Systems Officer estimated maneuvering speeds ranging from approximately 250 MPH to as high as 1,300 MPH.

Most significantly, the report states:

“No means of propulsion were observed.”

The crew attempted to preserve the complete EO/IR recording of the encounter, but according to the intelligence report, the aircraft’s Digital Video Recorder “inexplicably failed” and the video data became corrupted.

Fortunately, secondary recordings survived. Several short cellphone recordings of the AC-130J's infrared sensor display have now been publicly released through the Department of War's PURSUE disclosure program as DOW-UAP-PR117 through PR122.

These are not the original sensor files, so their resolution and analytical value are limited. Nevertheless, they provide surviving visual documentation associated with an intelligence report describing repeated low-altitude UAP observations, coordinated formations, apparent reactions to weapons employment, speeds reportedly reaching 1,300 MPH, and no observed means of propulsion.

The intelligence report itself was produced in April 2022 and explicitly carries the qualification:

“INFORMATION REPORT, NOT FINALLY EVALUATED INTELLIGENCE.”

The Gulf of Oman incident remains officially listed as UNRESOLVED.

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO — OCTOBER 2023

A newly declassified FBI report released August 7, 2026, through the government’s PURSUE Release 05 documents an extraordinary eyewitness encounter with a massive, solid-black triangular object over Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The three-page FBI FD-302, titled “Large Triangle with Red Lights,” records an October 2025 interview concerning an encounter that occurred sometime in October 2023, between approximately 8:00 and 9:30 PM.

The exact day, witness identity, workplace and several geographic references remain redacted.

However, the FBI report itself establishes that the encounter occurred in the Colorado Springs area, and local Colorado Springs news organizations have independently identified the case as a Colorado Springs UAP encounter.

The witness was apparently familiar with the area's busy aviation environment. According to the FBI:

“He frequently watches aircraft, military, commercial and civilian fly in the airspace above and around Colorado Springs.”

On the night of the encounter, the witness walked over to a coworker and the two began looking at the stars. The sky was described as clear.

The witness first noticed an unusually bright star and watched it for approximately 5–10 seconds.

Then something caught his peripheral vision.

He looked upward and to his left and saw what the FBI report describes as a:

“dark-gray colored cloud phasing into his sight.”

The cloud was stationary.

But something about it looked wrong.

The witness told FBI agents that it appeared:

“very strange, as if it was pixelated or distorted in some other manner.”

Then something began emerging from it.

The witness first saw a constant, diffuse red light at what appeared to be the bottom/front point of a solid black triangular object moving out of the cloud toward the south/southeast.

As more of the object emerged, it became progressively wider until the witness could see the entire craft.

He described a solid black equilateral triangle with a red light positioned at each of its three corners.

And it was enormous.

The witness estimated that the triangle:

“could have been as large as the parking lot in which he was standing.”

He further estimated its vertical thickness as equivalent to a three- to five-story building.

At arm's length, each of the three red lights appeared approximately the size of a fingernail.

Initially, the object traveled south and slightly east at a steady speed the witness compared to a helicopter.

He estimated its altitude at approximately 3,000–5,000 feet, similar to the altitude at which he had observed small civilian aircraft conducting training flights.

Then its behavior changed dramatically.

According to the FBI:

“It then almost instantaneously accelerated to possibly Mach 1 or 2.”

The triangle changed direction slightly, heading south or southwest.

At that point the witness noticed another unusual physical effect.

There appeared to be waves surrounding and radiating from the object.

He compared the effect to the shimmering optical distortion visible when looking down a hot roadway into the distance — essentially a heat-mirage-like distortion surrounding the craft.

Despite its apparent size, proximity and extraordinary acceleration, the witness reported:

NO SOUND.
NO VISIBLE PROPULSION.
NO UNUSUAL ODOR.

The FBI report states that the object appeared to pass almost directly over the witness's position, although the geographic reference immediately following that statement remains redacted.

Then came perhaps the strangest maneuver of the encounter.

The triangle abruptly banked approximately 90 degrees onto its LEFT side while its three red lights remained visible.

But instead of turning left, the object veered RIGHT.

It then rapidly returned to level flight.

The witness specifically pointed out that the maneuver appeared contrary to conventional aircraft behavior:

“The banking motion was opposite of a conventional aircraft would bank in the direction it was turning.”

The object continued south until the witness lost sight of it behind or beyond another redacted geographic feature.

He then looked back toward the place where the object had originally appeared.

The strange stationary, pixelated dark-gray “cloud” was gone.

Approximately 60 seconds after the encounter, the witness called his wife to tell her what had happened.

She immediately noticed something unusual about the call.

According to the FBI report, she told him that:

“his voice sounded robotic, as if there was electronic interference occurring with the call.”

The witness's cellular provider is also redacted.

BREAKING: HOUSE ADOPTS UAP DISCLOSURE AMENDMENT

On July 22, 2026, the U.S. House adopted Rep. Eric Burlison’s UAP Disclosure Act as an amendment to the FY2027 National Defense Authorization Act.

If enacted, the legislation would:

• Create a permanent UAP Records Collection at the National Archives
• Establish an independent, Senate-confirmed UAP Records Review Board with subpoena authority
• Require federal agencies to identify, preserve, and transfer UAP records under statutory deadlines
• Extend disclosure requirements to covered government contractors
• Establish a formal process for reviewing classified UAP records for potential public release
• Strengthen the legal framework supporting PURSUE — the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters

This is a significant step toward moving UAP disclosure from agency discretion to a formal process established by law, with independent review and congressional oversight.

The FY2027 NDAA now moves to the Senate, where the amendment must survive the legislative process before becoming law.

BREAKING: AARO RELEASES FY2025 UAP ANNUAL REPORT — 319 NEW REPORTS, 191 ARCHIVED UNRESOLVED, 9 FLAGGED FOR FURTHER ANALYSIS & U.S. NAVY REPORTS ~100 UAP OFF VIRGINIA COAST

A U.S. Navy unit operating off Virginia reported approximately 100 airborne UAP, along with two likely uncrewed surface systems.

Some reports described performance characteristics that “exceed the known state-of-the-art within a given domain.” if validated, the phenomena could represent a “currently unmitigated threat vector.”

Nuclear facilities: a major increase, but AARO classifies them as UAS—not UAP

AARO received 50 reports of UAS incidents near U.S. nuclear infrastructure, nuclear weapons and launch sites, compared with 18 in FY2024—a 177.8% increase.

On claims of recovered UAP material, AARO states categorically: “To date, no evidence suggests that a USG or private entity has ever captured or exploited UAP-derived materials.”

U.S. PERSONNEL REPORT DESCRIBES MULTI-HOUR UAP ORB ENCOUNTER

A newly released, heavily redacted U.S. personnel statement documents a remarkable series of UAP observations made during a 2025 helicopter search mission in mountainous terrain. According to the report, the mission began after witnesses reported mysterious lights/orbs and impacts in the area. During the operation, personnel using the naked eye, FLIR, and Night Vision Goggles (NVGs) observed numerous anomalous objects over several hours beginning at 2207 Hours.

Among the reported observations:

• A "super-hot" orb detected on FLIR hovering near ground level before accelerating away at high speed.

• The object reportedly split into two, with one witness stating another object appeared to emerge and depart in a different direction.

• Swarms of lights described as "too many to count" maneuvering in multiple directions.

• Large orange-white glowing orbs appearing near the helicopter, including directly above the rotor disk.

• Repeated formations of four to six orbs that illuminated sequentially, then extinguished in reverse order.

• Triangle and horizontal formations appearing over nearby mountains and in proximity to military aircraft.

• Witnesses reported the helicopter could not match the speed of the objects, and one observer believed several orbs broke away and appeared to pursue military aircraft.

The report states the observations were made by multiple experienced witnesses using several independent observation methods, including FLIR, NVGs, and direct visual observation. While many operational details remain redacted, the document provides one of the more detailed official narratives describing coordinated, repeated UAP activity during a single mission.

1949 DECLASSIFIED: The Los Alamos "Green Fireballs" Conference

In 1949, top scientists from Los Alamos, the Atomic Energy Commission, the FBI, the U.S. military, and physicists including Edward Teller met in a classified conference to investigate a wave of mysterious “green fireballs” reported over New Mexico and the Southwest.

What makes this document remarkable is that the participants concluded these objects “did not behave like conventional meteors.”

According to Dr. Lincoln LaPaz, one of America's leading meteor experts, the objects exhibited characteristics that were difficult to reconcile with known meteor physics:

• Brilliant green color unlike typical meteor emissions
• Nearly horizontal flight paths
• Constant brightness during flight
• Little or no deceleration
• Broke into green fragments at the end of their paths
• No confirmed sonic booms or impact sounds despite being visible over hundreds of miles
• Little or no evidence of animal reactions normally associated with meteor events

The conference reviewed multiple sightings, including the well-known “Starvation Peak incident” of December 12, 1948, and acknowledged that these observations warranted serious scientific investigation rather than immediate dismissal.

More than 75 years later, the descriptions are strikingly familiar to today's discussions surrounding UAP: unusual flight characteristics, unexplained performance, and government interest long before the modern disclosure era.

This document is another reminder that the U.S. government has been seriously studying anomalous aerial phenomena for decades.
