Making woodworking feel inclusive and fostering community through creativity.

That was the goal when Collective (MAC) engaged us to build a new brand and digital experience from the ground up.

MAC is a nonprofit woodshop creating space for learning, artistry, and belonging to intersect, breaking down systemic barriers that typically prevent marginalized groups from having access to these resources.

We built a visual system designed to reflect that mission: warm, approachable and easy to navigate, along with a website experience flexible enough to support MAC’s classes, curriculum, resources, and future growth.

For the youth, by the youth.

That was our mantra when the City of Seattle engaged us to re-imagine how they connect their vast amount of youth programs to Seattle’s youth more effectively.

Introducing : a platform that aggregates all youth opportunities in the city, co-designed by the youth themselves.

We spent countless hours in 1:1 deep dive conversations and collaborative focus groups with voices too often left out of the conversation, creating a visual language centered on belonging, a design platform tested by teens, messaging guidelines, an influencer playbook, and more.

Evergreen Goodwill is Northwest Washington’s leading provider of tuition-free adult education and job placement.

We had the privilege of producing a new mission film and student spotlight film to help Goodwill tell a deeper story around what they do for our community here in Northwest Washington. Last Friday, both films were shown at their annual Impact for Good Gala where more than $300k was raised for their job training programs. We’re so thankful to be able to tell these meaningful stories with such incredible partners!
