💫 🎉 💫 Mankind Digital turns five! 💫 🎉 💫 Founding our tourism marketing agency during a global pandemic and a complete international travel ban was a crazy idea, or so we were often told! But rather than being intimidated by the short-term challenges of that time, we focused on the longer-term need for change within the tourism sector. We also saw the timing as a unique opportunity to develop an organisation that would support the industry in navigating its way towards a more responsible, regenerative and sustainable future. 🌏 🌿
Fast-forward to 2026 and you’ll find us celebrating our fifth anniversary of promoting responsible travel, prioritising people, planet and place, and channelling our passion into purpose! We have so much to be grateful for—in just a few years and with very few start-up resources, we’re amazed and incredibly fulfilled by how much we’ve achieved. 🤩

🌟 Winning back-to-back international Skål Sustainable Tourism Awards in media, communications and education in 2022 and 2023, and placing third in the Communications category in 2025.
🌟 Attending and presenting at international conferences and events, and participating in travel sector panel discussions and interviews as a subject-matter expert.
🌟 Developing a niche service offering tailored specifically for our clients, including sustainable tourism marketing and communications audits, mentorship programs, marketing workshop and training delivery, authentic place-based travel content creation and storytelling, editorial calendars, optimised website content, email marketing and social media campaigns.
🌟 Partnering with like-minded clients who are prioritising local experiences, listening to community voices, and encouraging slower travel, regional dispersal and deeper engagement with local culture, landscapes and producers across their regions.

🌟 Bringing together a talented, multidisciplinary global team who specialise in tourism marketing and communications, sustainability, regenerative tourism, travel content writing, education and training.
🌟 Business expansion from Australia to our European base. Our clients and team are now spread across five continents, from Australia to Europe, South Africa, the Caribbean and Asia.
🌟 Building rewarding relationships with our clients, partners, peers and team worldwide. We spend valuable time in person where possible, whilst for day-to-day operations we also maintain a remote-first business model that demonstrates our sustainability and regenerative tourism commitments.
